This Privacy Policy describes how Nen ("we", "us", or "our")
handles information in connection with the TimeZonr application ("the
App"). We have written this policy to be clear and concrete. If anything here
is not accurate for how the App actually behaves, the policy is wrong — please
contact us using the details below so we can correct it.

sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising, for training
third-party machine-learning models, or for any purpose unrelated to operating
the App.
The App does not transmit your data to Nen's servers unless
Section 1 explicitly says so. We do not share personal data with third parties

authority with jurisdiction in the United States.

Data stored locally on your device is retained until you delete it or
uninstall the App. If Section 1 describes any data sent off-device, that data
is retained only as long as needed for the purpose stated and is deleted on
request (see Section 5).

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in
your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will
delete it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect any data Section 1 describes as
being transmitted or stored off-device. No method of electronic transmission
or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will
revise the "Effective date" above and, for material changes, post a notice in
the App. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of
the updated policy.
